夏季長期貸出のお知らせ（8/1-9/16）/Long-Term　Loan　in　summer　season

工学・情報理工学図書館の各図書室では夏季休業に合わせて、以下の期間で長期貸出を行いますのでどうぞご利用ください。

• 貸出対象： 一般図書（研究室所蔵図書、参考図書、雑誌等は長期貸出対象外）
• 長期貸出実施期間/Implementation Period： 2011年8月1日（月）～ 9月16日（金）
• 返却期限日/Due Date： 2011年10月3日（月）
• 手続き：　貸出の際はICカード学生証／職員証をお持ちください。

Please present the University ID card (student ID card / Staff ID card of the University of Tokyo) or the University of Tokyo Library Card at the counter.

• 身分証等の有効期限が返却期限日以前の場合は、身分証の期限日までの貸出

Your ID card expiration date takes precedence over the due date.

• 卒業／修了等で学外へ転出予定の方は、必ず在籍中にご返却ください。特に学生の方は、貸出期限にかかわらず、できるだけ卒業式／学位授与式より前の返却をお願いいたします。

For those planning to leave the university:　Please be certain to return borrowed books. If possible, students should return books before the graduation/completion ceremony.
